Me Pamela Lazzara
Pamela Lazzara holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Université de Montréal (2022) and has been a member of the Quebec Bar since 2023. During her academic career, Ms. Lazzara was involved in the community at the Centre for Research on Race Relations, actively contributing to the promotion of social justice while advocating for marginalized individuals and victims of racial profiling. In 2021, she won the prize for the essay contest presented by the Criminal Law Committee of the University of Montreal.
Her practice as a lawyer began in the public domain, in the legal aid department, an essential pillar in ensuring full and complete defence for vulnerable people. During this period, she adopted a humane and attentive approach to the defense of individuals living in contexts of homelessness, dependence or great precariousness. This experience nourished an approach based on listening and human dignity, a philosophy that is still present in her current practice. She then continued her private practice with Grey Casgrain, where she represented clients in complex criminal law cases, as well as civil and constitutional litigation. This experience strengthened his litigation skills and strengthened his ability to effectively represent his clients in court.
Driven by a deep desire to promote the rights of her clients, she dedicates her efforts to developing a personalized legal strategy to ensure the best defense of each client. Whether in delicate or complex cases, Me Lazzara makes sure to offer clear and competent support, so that each person can feel listened to, protected and confident in the face of the legal challenges they are going through.
