Mr. Belton is a lawyer in criminal and penal law. A graduate of the Université du Québec à Montréal in legal sciences and holder of a certificate in history, he became a lawyer in 2015.
Following his internship at the Municipal Court of Montreal, he developed an interest in negotiating traffic offense disputes. A skilled litigator, he represented clients before several courts, including the Municipal Court and the Superior Court.
